How is payment confirmed?
Review the selected items, size, delivery address and total before authorizing a credit card payment. Payment is completed only after confirmation by the payment service. Contact us if you need help checking payment or order information.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
When can I expect delivery?
Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. The estimated combined delivery time is 4–6 business days, subject to the order cutoff and non-business days. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
What is the order cutoff?
Our cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.
How do I choose my size?
Use the garment measurements on each product page. Compare the garment measurements with a well-fitting jacket you own.
Can I return my suit?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, it must be unused apart from a brief sizing try-on, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with original tags attached. Contact us first for authorization.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns caused by our error, damage or a defect. You pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, your refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
